Where has the time gone?

Time has gone by so fast.  Yesterday would have been my Grandmother's 121st birthday.  Daddy has been gone for 16 years and Mother will have been gone for 5 next week.  My sister Pat has been gone for 4 years.  Sam and I have been married for 38 years! Wade is 34,  Laurie is younger than Wade, and they've been married for 7 years, Luke & Travis are 26, Samuel is 3 and Stephen is 1!  It's seems like I blinked one day and here we are in October of 2010.  The only thing that remains constant is that Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so.  So, praise the name of the One that is the same yesterday, today, yes and forever!

Happy Father's Day!

I've known lots of Godly fathers in my life but I've been blessed to have 3 in my life. I can remember my 6'4" daddy, Bill Ross, sitting on the floor drinking "tea" from a little plastic teacup. My husband Sam loves our sons and grandsons with every beat of his heart. Our Laurie holds a piece of his heart forever. Our son Wade is an amazing Daddy. I can't wait to see what God has planned for he, Laurie, Samuel and Stephen!

Wade's Birthday!

On March 9, 1976, God blessed our lives with an adorable baby boy. He has brought love, laughter, tears, and joy to our lives. He's also brought our first daughter and grandsons! A friend told me one time that you think there is nothing like holding your baby for the first time, until you see your baby holding his baby! Happy Birthday, Wade. You are the smile on our heart!!
